Position Description
As a Web Developer at Oberweis Dairy, you will architect enterprise solutions, develop web strategies, and contribute to solution design and technical requirements. The ideal candidate is self-driven, committed to excellence, and an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical staff.
Status: Full-time hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications using the .NET framework (.NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0), especially ASP.NET.
- Develop and maintain MSSQL Server 2019/2022 databases.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune applications and data layers.
- Identify issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle software development experience.
- 3-5 years of MSSQL Server database development experience, including stored procedures and query optimization.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HTML5, Power BI, PHP, WordPress, Apache/Glassfish, AS/400, or DB2.
