Install, maintain, and repair two-way base station, mobile, and portable radio equipment, as well as emergency lighting, sirens, videotaping, and radar systems.

Responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing emergency two-way radios, sirens, lighting, and related communication equipment in County vehicles.
- Setting up, installing, diagnosing, and repairing base stations following security and communication policies to ensure efficient radio/field communications.
- Requisitioning, ordering, and picking up parts.
- Organizing and scheduling work.
- Keeping daily repair records.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Note: You must complete the work history and education sections of the application to demonstrate the required experience and education; otherwise, you may be disqualified.
To apply: Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent technical communications installation and repair experience.
Must have two (2) full-time years of electronics/technical experience, including some experience repairing and securing radio/video equipment.
Working knowledge of basic electricity, electronics communications, and protocols.
