Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design innovative user interfaces and data visualizations for our web-based applications, helping users solve complex problems.
• Design the look, feel, and function of our multi-faceted Optix product.
• Focus on detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective to ensure a stellar user experience.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, information systems, or related field, with relevant experience (6+ years with a bachelor's, 4+ with a master's, 2+ with a PhD), or equivalent experience.
• Showcase a visual portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and experience with wireframes and prototypes.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, InVision, Axure.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to translate ideas into prototypes and collaborate with development teams.
• Strong creative, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
• Interest in researching and testing new technologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience creating immersive videos with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Experience with game design tools like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Skills in animations, transition design, and illustration.
• Frontend coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience with data visualization libraries like d3.
• Interest in machine learning, AI, data mining, or analytics.
