We're seeking a talented and experienced Brand Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand's visual identity while creating impactful, high-performing marketing collateral for our brand around the world.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

As a Brand Designer on Klaviyo's Brand & Creative Team, you will contribute to the visual expression of our brand across all marketing channels, directly impacting strategic goals like brand recognition, conversion, and event NPS, among other key metrics.

You will create compelling visual concepts and designs for a wide range of formats, including digital advertising, social media, event experiences, and print collateral. Collaborating with Creative, Web, Product & Integrated Marketing, Engineering, Events, and International teams, you will craft visually appealing and on-brand experiences across our expanding global presence.

Areas of impact include

  • Brand Design & Documentation
    • Contribute to the development of cohesive, high-quality brand design solutions that support Klaviyo’s recognition and growth goals
    • Support the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and documentation
    • Assist in designing and implementing templates and design systems that can scale
    • Serve as a brand steward—ensuring all work aligns with our visual identity and elevates the brand
    • Design thoughtful, compelling assets that guide and enhance the customer journey
  • Multi-channel campaigns
    • Design a wide range of creative assets for campaigns across email, social, web, print, events, video, and more
    • Produce final design assets with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring they’re optimized for each channel and ready for handoff or launch
    • Ensure visual consistency across touchpoints while bringing a fresh and engaging perspective
  • Design Excellence & Governance
    • Demonstrate strong fundamentals in typography, color, layout, and composition
    • Stay up to date on design trends and bring inspiration and innovation into your work
    • Take pride in the details and strive for design excellence in everything you create
  • Collaborate & Ideate:
    • Work closely with senior-level designers, writers, directors and marketers to bring concepts to life
    • Support ideation and creative campaign development that connects with our audience and reflects our brand positioning
    • Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing visual ideas and executing with care

Who You Are:

You're an exceptional Senior Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in advertising agencies, design studios, and/or in-house creative teams
  • Online portfolio showcasing strong visual branding and campaign capabilities.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva. Digital experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing within a brand system and consistently adhering to guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You approach design challenges with curiosity and strategy—able to find smart, thoughtful solutions that balance brand, business, and customer needs.
  • Clear Communicator: You can confidently explain your design decisions to team members and collaborators, and you're always open to feedback and discussion.
  • Customer-Focused: You think about how design supports the customer journey and brand experience, with an understanding of different channels, audiences, and marketing goals.
  • Proactive & Reliable: You take responsibility for your work—from kickoff to delivery—ensuring it's high quality, on time, and aligned with the brief. You're also someone who looks for opportunities to contribute beyond what you’ve been assigned.
  • Organized & Efficient: You manage your time well, juggle multiple projects, and keep things moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborative & Positive: You care about the work and the people behind it—bringing a thoughtful, can-do attitude that makes collaboration productive and enjoyable.
