Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Summary

The stylist is responsible for contributing to store sales by providing The Webster’s level of customer service to all clients, building rapport, supporting the management team, and representing The Webster consistently.

• Achieve your and the store’s sales plans daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales techniques such as cross-selling and add-on sales to drive KPIs.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
• Reflect company principles and culture through behaviors.
• Manage individual client database and generate sales through appointments and correspondence.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on brands, aesthetics, and fashion trends.
• Communicate professionally with clients, peers, and management.

Policies, Procedures, and Compliance

• Follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies.
• Perform POS functions accurately and professionally.
• Comply with PCI, security, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Back of House

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and stock areas.
• Assist with inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in non-selling activities and loss prevention.
• Replenish stock and ensure high standards of presentation.
