Position Summary

The stylist is responsible for contributing to store sales by providing The Webster’s high level of customer service to all clients, building rapport, supporting the management team, and representing The Webster consistently.

• Achieve personal and store sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Utilize sales techniques such as cross-selling and add-ons to drive sales and KPIs.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones.
• Reflect company principles and culture through behavior.
• Manage individual client database and generate sales through appointments and correspondence.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, staying updated on brands, aesthetics, and fashion trends.
• Communicate professionally with clients, peers, and management, demonstrating high standards of attitude and teamwork.
• Use proper etiquette in all communications and transactions, including returns, repairs, and alterations.

Policies, Procedures, and Compliance

• Follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies.
• Accurately perform POS functions within guidelines.
• Comply with PCI, security, health, and safety regulations.
• Understand the alteration process and fittings.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards.
• Exhibit high quality in work, attendance, and appearance.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Back of House Responsibilities

• Keep store, stockroom, and employee areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in loss prevention and merchandise presentation.
• Replenish stock and maintain designated areas.

Qualifications

• Multilingual candidates preferred.
• Language requirements: English (required); Mandarin, French, Russian, Spanish, Arabic (preferred).
