Lopito, Ileana & Howie, Inc., the largest independent advertising agency in Puerto Rico, is in search of a talented Media Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing media strategies for various campaigns, collaborating closely with our teams and clients to ensure our strategies align with campaign goals and budgets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute media plans and purchases across channels like TV, radio, OOH, print, digital, and emerging media

- Leverage market research and audience insights to determine ideal media mix, placements, and buying strategies

- Engage in negotiations with media vendors to secure competitive pricing and identify first-to-market opportunities

- Prepare media calendars and budget allocations for ad placements- Implement, track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve preestablished goals

- Evaluate performance data and prepare reports assessing campaign effectiveness- Utilize campaign management and media buying tools to streamline workflows

- Maintain relationships with clients, media vendors, publishers, platforms, and track industry trends

- Work closely with account services, creative, and data teams at each campaign stage- Stay up-to-date with media trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve media planning and buying strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.

- 5+ years of related work experience.

- Strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs- Full fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written (will test during the recruiting process).

- Hands-on experience across digital, print, TV, OOH and emerging media.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
