Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our events, which range from corporate gatherings to large-scale public festivals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from start to finish in accordance with client requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and engagement
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
