Description We are looking for someone who is passionate about PPC and SEO to join our team. You would work out of our Swedesboro, NJ office. You will be instrumental in analyzing, understanding, recommending, and implementing our PPC/SEO strategy for Insight Homes and its sister companies.
Requirements
- 3 years of SEO/SEM/PPC experience required
- Track, Analyze, and Report on a broad range of digital channels and tactics including websites, email, display, SEM, and social via Google Webmaster Tools/Google Analytics, and Excel
- Optimize online response and conversion rates via A/B and multivariate testing, behavioral targeting, landing page optimization, heatmaps, etc…
- Design and produce daily dashboards and weekly/monthly reports to measure progress against all established KPIs, goals, and lead gen activities
- Provide ongoing support of all PPC and SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Be able to create compelling ad copy within search engine specs, with continued testing of creative, messaging and brand positioning
- Become a "product expert" in our industry, understand the hot issues and new developments, and create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the Product Marketing team to develop relevant ads and landing page content.
- Manage the day-to-day PPC activities across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
- Responsibilities include keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.
- Ability to update websites with SEO content/elements in CMS system.
- Proactively report all big successes, inconsistencies, under performance or any other campaign-related metrics
- Ensure a consistent experience through-out the acquisition funnel (from initial touch point to lead)
