We specialize in SEO and content strategies for home service companies, including waterproofing, foundation repair, remodeling, HVAC, and plumbing, as well as select non-profits, e-commerce brands, and local businesses. Our team excels at optimizing organic visibility through advanced SEO techniques, content creation, and modern trends like AEO, GEO, and voice search, delivering measurable results for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and case studies, aligned with brand guidelines and E-E-A-T principles.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning to drive SEO-driven campaigns.
• Perform SEO audits and optimize websites for on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO, including Core Web Vitals and Google Business Profiles.
• Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and voice search to enhance visibility.
• Analyze performance data using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs to refine strategies.
• Deliver monthly SEO performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage content in CMS platforms (WordPress) to ensure functionality and SEO performance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align strategies and address needs.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in content writing, SEO optimization, or similar experience in digital marketing or content marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field, or similar experience in digital marketing or content marketing, preferred.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with CMS platform (WordPress) and their SEO functionalities.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, voice search, and E-E-A-T principles is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills, including presenting monthly SEO reports and consulting on client needs.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt writing voice to client needs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
