Role Overview
You will inspire customers to express themselves through home design, assist with sales at the cash wrap, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients through in-store and in-home consultations, providing design advice to drive sales.
- Conduct in-home measurements and assessments.
- Create and present tailored design plans based on client needs and preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions to meet sales goals.
- Assist customers with services like gift wrapping, registry, special orders, and merchandise locating.
- Demonstrate product knowledge of our design studio assortment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
- Experience with complex orders across sales channels.
- Design experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- 1-2 years in customer service or retail sales; travel within a 60-mile radius preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor.
- Lift and move items up to 75 lbs. with proper techniques.
- Availability for full-time or part-time schedules, including weekends and holiday seasons.
