Role Overview

You will inspire customers to express themselves through home design, assist with sales at the cash wrap, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through in-store and in-home consultations, providing design advice to drive sales.
• Conduct in-home measurements and assessments.
• Create and present tailored design plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with services like gift wrapping, registry, special orders, and merchandise locating.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of our design studio assortment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
• Experience with complex orders across sales channels.
• Design experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• 1-2 years in customer service or retail sales; travel within a 60-mile radius preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor.
• Lift and move items up to 75 lbs. with proper techniques.
• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules, including weekends and holiday seasons.
