Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a critical partner to the Marketing function, leveraging analytics, financial insights, and predictive modeling to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to inform strategy, optimize marketing investments, and unlock white space opportunities. This position combines marketing science and financial acumen to provide full-funnel insights that accelerate performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do:
Develop dashboards and predictive models to evaluate customer segments, profitability tiers, and purchasing behavior.
Deliver reports, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support campaign optimization and strategic planning.
Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leaders to align KPIs and business forecasts.
Identify growth levers through advanced analytics such as segmentation, LTV forecasting, churn prediction, and pricing elasticity.
Evaluate marketing effectiveness and media spend efficiency to support data-driven decisions.
Leverage internal and external data (credit, demographics, benchmarks) to inform targeting strategies.
Champion data governance, ensuring marketing and financial datasets are integrated and accurate.
Communicate analytical findings through compelling data storytelling for marketing and executive stakeholders.
Support market research efforts to uncover industry trends and customer insights.
What You Need:
Master’s degree in Business Analytics OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or STEM field with equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, consumer credit behavior, and financial modeling.
Experience in a consumer retail, rent-to-own, or fintech environment is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong knowledge of statistics, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus.
Experience with regression modeling, segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing mix/media attribution modeling is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of credit scoring, retail banking products, or financial risk segmentation is beneficial.
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM tools, and journey analytics platforms.
