The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand energy through wholesale specialty channels – in-store, supported ads, and online. This role collaborates closely with sales management to ensure brand standards are maintained, branded materials are available, and consistent execution is achieved. Responsibilities include strategy, ideation, creation, and execution of sell-in and sell-through tools, materials, and messages, with a clear hand-off to sales teams for deployment.

  • Develop and manage co-op programs, including budgets, strategies, and execution of partnerships and campaigns.
  • Create brand assets, including tools for wholesale and offline branding materials, and develop solutions to increase traffic and sales.
  • Manage premiums, including concept development, production, and deployment of high-quality goods for brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement brand training programs, including online platforms and in-person tools.
  • Support go-to-market launches through ideation, content creation, and alignment across channels.
  • Manage sell-in tools and support seasonal sales meetings, trade shows, and marketing presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in footwear or lifestyle brands, with management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Leadership skills; experience with project management software like Asana is a plus.
