This role will manage client accounts. We are seeking an experienced data-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to look at a campaign and come up with new tactics based on the data.
It's pretty straight forward, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing, paid ads campaigns in platform - across social media platforms: Meta, X, TikTok, Google, and others. Your analytical mindset and data-driven approach will be key in assessing campaign performance and making informed decisions to optimize our clients ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Development: Design, build, and manage strategic paid media social campaigns across Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Google, and programatic.
- Conversion Tracking: Be able to Implement pixel and conversion tracking using GTM and GA4
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment, adjusting bids, creatives, and strategies as necessary.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and creative trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and report findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms and campaigns to maximize efficiency and results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and Google. Entertainment advertising experience nice to have.
- Google and Meta ad experience is a must.
- Agency experience is required - with a focus on account paid media management.
- Skills: Strong Strategic skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, etc.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the latest social media trends, creative trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration is a must.
