As the E-commerce Paid & Digital Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media and digital marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be driving revenue through customer acquisition and retention across key performance channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Youll also play a supporting role in optimizing site merchandising to enhance the overall customer journey. This position is instrumental in shaping the growth of our two stores and expanding our reach to new audiences in a data-driven, efficient, and scalable way.
How you contribute:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue, focusing on ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Partner with creative and e-commerce teams to develop compelling ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages.
- Build and manage segmented audiences and customer journey funnels across platforms.
- Oversee site merchandising, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and product page performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Report on key KPIs using platforms such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and native ad tools; extract actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and competitor activity to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
You should have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, with a focus on paid media and performance.
- Proven track record managing ad budgets and delivering profitable results.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience scaling a DTC brand or working in a high-growth startup.
- Knowledge of SEO, affiliate, influencer, or marketplace channels.
