Your role as Property Manager is vital to our success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, participation in company-sponsored committees, and ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the Regional Manager's guidance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Supervise office staff directly
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
• Manage the property’s leasing operations
• Apply company leasing techniques and sales methods
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property rental information
• Manage the property’s budget within financial guidelines
• Interview, screen, and hire staff
• Prioritize resident requests efficiently and courteously
• Generate required reports
• Design and implement resident retention programs (e.g., newsletters, referral programs, social activities)
• Secure at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property

Qualifications:

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
• At least 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in the apartment industry
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems
• College degree helpful but not required
• Strong customer service skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
