We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our team and support the activation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in both Google Ads and Meta Ads who thrives on the details that make or break campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for trafficking, QA, and execution—uploading creative assets, setting up campaigns, and ensuring that naming conventions, URLs, and tracking parameters are implemented flawlessly. You'll collaborate closely with our Paid Media team to bring campaigns to life and keep everything running smoothly and on time. If you’re meticulous, proactive, and have at least 1 year of hands-on experience trafficking both Google Ads and Meta Ads, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

● Set up and traffic ads in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager across various campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Display, Facebook/Instagram, etc.)

● Build and manage campaigns according to detailed briefs, including naming conventions, creative specs, and tracking needs

● QA ads for errors before launch (URLs, UTM tracking, targeting, placements, etc.)

● Collaborate with the Paid Media team to implement testing plans (A/B, split tests, dynamic creatives)

● Manage creative refreshes and ad rotation across accounts

● Monitor campaign pacing and flag issues or anomalies

● Document processes and help improve trafficking SOPs over time

Qualifications

● Must be able to work EST hours

● 1+ years of trafficking experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Includes familiarity with: PMax, Broad Match, Advantage+, retargeting, dynamic product ads, and video

● 1+ years experience with Shopify and Google Merchant Center

● 1+ years experience in tracking and URL best practices (UTMs, pixels, GA4 integration)

● Experience with task/project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana)

● Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset

● Proactive communicator and team player

● Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications

Nice to Have:

● 1+ year experience with DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similar feed tools

● Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications

● Comfort using Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools

● Understanding of Klaviyo for retargeting sync or exclusions
