Warby Parker is on the lookout for a data-driven Manager to oversee and grow our SEM, display, retargeting, and SEO programs. Reporting to the Director of Growth, the primary responsibility of this role is to optimize and expand our SEM program to drive customer acquisition online, offline, and across our mobile apps. The role involves fully owning the end-to-end management of Warby Parker’s SEM program, from defining strategy to day-to-day optimization and reporting, scaling the SEM program while ensuring performance and efficiency metrics like CAC and ROAS are met. Responsibilities include managing campaign budgets and spend pacing, assisting with performance forecasting and reporting, staying updated on industry trends, developing and implementing long-term testing roadmaps, managing external vendors and internal teams for SEO strategy, and developing growth strategies for display and retargeting programs. Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing direct-response SEM accounts, experience managing scaled SEM programs with annual spend over $20MM, expertise in Google and Bing Ads, strong analytical skills, knowledge of SEO best practices, and experience managing display and retargeting programs.
