Walters Hospitality is hiring: Marketing Associate in New Braunfels

Overview

We are looking for an in-person PT Marketing Associate for our Hill Country collection. This team member will be part of our Marketing team and support content creation and event attendance, including showcases, weddings, networking events, and more. This is a part-time position expected to work 20-24 hours per week with availability in the evenings and on weekends for BTS content.

Responsibilities

• Content and marketing support at events
• Support for showcase events and weddings
• Produce BTS content and other marketing materials
• Content creation and posting BTS content
• Put together reels and other content pieces to support the Hill Country Collection
• Manage photography and content workflows
• Social media scheduling and content management
• Prepare showcase tasks and collateral
• Photography and content management
• Attend 1x a month events and evening events at various Hill Country venues
• Ability to drive to all Hill Country venues from Georgetown to Boerne

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva and Adobe
• 2 years of experience with social media content creation and management
• Strong content creation and reposting skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
