Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our Design Innovation & UX (DIUX) team. You will design engaging user interfaces, translate concepts into user flows and wireframes, and collaborate across teams to implement solutions aligned with design systems and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform design decisions
• Design intuitive and appealing UI features with wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handover
• Maintain and document design components that align with product goals
• Uphold UI consistency by adhering to design standards and collaborating on design systems

Requirements:

• Degree in UX Design, Visual Communications, Product Design or related field
• Strong understanding of visual and interaction design principles
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Portfolio showcasing user-centric design and UI/UX execution
• Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
