Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping and visual design within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders to design solutions that enhance usability and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces and workflows for ServiceNow applications based on user needs and business requirements.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes and visual designs that communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the ServiceNow user experience.
• Ensure designs adhere to company branding and accessibility standards.
• Translate complex workflows and processes into simple, engaging UI designs within ServiceNow.
• Provide design support and guidance during the development and implementation phases.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and ServiceNow platform capabilities to recommend innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing within ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or Axure.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow UI Framework, Service Portal and Experience Designer is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non- technical teams.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability.

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
