Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish
- Create detailed project plans including timelines, tasks, and resource assignments
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Monitor progress and address roadblocks to keep projects on schedule
- Communicate updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure execution of marketing campaigns aligns with strategic objectives
- Analyze results and recommend improvements for future projects
- Support general marketing efforts and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in both marketing and project management
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing projects
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and project management tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance analytics
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Self-starter with solid understanding of marketing principles and trends
- Occasional travel (approximately once per month) to sites or events
- Flexibility for travel and weekend work as needed for special projects
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
