Requirements:\n• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques\n• Analyze user's behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer pain points and unmet needs\n• Ability to conduct a range of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing\n• Synthesize and present research findings in context\n• Leverage human centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done\n• Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development process\n• Ability to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders\n• Leverage existing data and ability to tie insights to analytics\n• Work in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints\n• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-functional teams\n• Effectively manage vendor partner relationships ensuring that output meets internal expectations
