The rate is a W2 rate. The Digital Marketing department aims to build customer loyalty by improving customer satisfaction and creating promoters. We seek to transform the customer experience across all channels and enhance associate & dealer experience through system, process, and capability improvements. The Business Analyst will work to scale digital systems and achieve ROI, supporting the production and enhancement of Salesforce-based systems. This role is a key member of an Agile Product Team within the Digital Marketing Department. Responsibilities include: working in a scrum team, conducting business and technical analyses, building business cases, recommending and implementing processes or system solutions, gathering and documenting user stories & acceptance criteria, leading or participating in ideation sessions, conducting UAT, supporting release management, providing user support, creating reports/dashboards, delivering user training, and developing communication materials for stakeholders. This position requires extensive collaboration with AHM associates, IT, consultants, contingent workforce, and vendors. Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities to improve objectives and key results, proposing ideas to the Product Owner, and leading business analysis during release cycles for Salesforce systems. Support stakeholders including sales leaders, managers, customers, dealers, and IT personnel. Enhance and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze trends, platform performance, and impact, leading to new user stories. Maintain quality standards and process documentation, participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Project Support
Ensure your designated Product stays current and delivers value during new projects or initiatives. Coordinate work flow among support and project teams. Partner with project teams to align support processes, lead regression testing, and validate production systems. Engage stakeholders to understand cross-dependencies. User Story Development
Coordinate and complete activities related to defect fixes, system maintenance, and enhancements. Create and maintain support documents including process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts using tools like Jira. Collaborate during design and development phases, and execute UAT to ensure quality releases. Agile Process Improvement
Contribute to the departments agile transformation by promoting agile principles and practices. Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience supported by training. Experience in a team environment, interfacing with management. Strong questioning skills to elicit requirements from stakeholders. Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud), and knowledge of SFDC core products. Two+ years in system-oriented work in projects or support roles. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and questioning skills to understand requirements. Adaptability and growing responsibilities. Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools, and CRM systems. Experience using customer satisfaction data for improvements. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
