Digital Marketing Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager would report directly to the
Senior Vice President- Marketing and be responsible for the successful use of
digital tools including the company webpage, search engine optimization,
identifying potential customers and opportunities through databases, email
campaigns, social media, and electronic forms. They would also be responsible
for measuring and reporting the performance of all campaigns.
Essential Functions
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates emerging technologies and implements best practices
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Degree or similar preferred
Work Experience 7-9 years of Professional Experience with proven working experience in digital marketing preferred. Graphic Design experience a plus, software proficiency a plus, experience with customer experience journey a plus.
