Job Overview:
To support the Director of Marketing and Communications with planning and implementing digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for Saint Andrews.
Responsibilities and Duties: these are not written to be all inclusive nor limited to
- Performs research on current social media trends and audience preferences
- In charge of capturing, editing, scheduling, and posting for all social media accounts, i.e., Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Yelp, Venmo, and Google
- Collaborates with other departments (Development, Alumni Relations, Admissions, Extended Day and Summer Camp, Athletics) to help meet marketing goals
- Works with the Director of Marketing to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborates with the Director of Marketing on website management, including design, app updates, and other initiatives
- Written skills for assistance with weekly newsletters, blog posts, school magazine, etc.
- Work to ensure our website design is ADA compliant
- Photography skills are a plus. Able to capture amazing moments, whether using an iPhone or a professional camera
- Keep all our photos organized and uploaded to our photo-sharing platform
- Shoot and edit videos to create storytelling video content and ads
- A graphic design background to assist in event and marketing ad creation
- Assist the Director of Marketing in keeping the school calendar up to date
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Finalsite, and Canva is a plus
- May be required to work outside of normal business hours to photograph events, create social content, and assist the Director of Marketing at school and networking events
- Must have demonstrated experience or passion for working with children, including helping to lead a middle school marketing club
- Attend school chapel, committees, meetings, and other internal school functions
- Participate in and help support, Back to School Nights, Open Houses, Graduation and Admissions Events, as scheduled on weekdays and weekends, and other events on and off campus
- Engage in ongoing professional development experiences, including out of the area opportunities, throughout the calendar year (including summer) as directed and supported by the administration
- Other related duties assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of 1-3 years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Creative Thinking
- Outgoing personality and willingness to learn
- Time-management skills
- Social media platforms experience a plus

- Pass background check and provide negative TB test
