Job Description

About Us

We’re a fast-moving marketing agency building high-converting websites and digital experiences for major brands. We’re kicking off a flagship corporate website rebuild that demands exceptional UX/UI thinking, design precision, and forward-looking creativity.

We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the user experience and interface design from research through high-fidelity prototypes — someone who thrives in collaborative internal teams and isn’t afraid to experiment with AI-assisted design tools to push creativity and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the UX/UI design process for a large-scale corporate website rebuild.
  • Translate business and content requirements into clear information architecture, wireframes, and polished design comps.
  • Collaborate daily with project managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure alignment from design to launch.
  • Build and maintain a scalable, responsive design system to guide development and future updates.
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, Framer AI, Relume, etc.) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and creative exploration.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive best practices are baked into every design decision.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design with a proven track record designing large, multi-page corporate or B2B websites.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrates strong design thinking, problem-solving, and an ability to move from wireframes to pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Technical Fluency: Expert in Figma, with working knowledge of modern web capabilities and limitations.
  • Mindset: Curious about emerging design tech, including AI-powered design tools.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working in an internal, cross-functional agency team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience creating design systems for enterprise-level sites.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer handoff.

Pre‑Qualification Questions – Include These in Your cover letter or in a short video intro

  • Share your portfolio link and call out one large website redesign you’ve led — what was your role, and what was the measurable impact?
  • How do you approach information architecture for large, complex websites?
  • Have you used AI-assisted design tools? If yes, which ones and for what purpose? If not, what excites you about them?
  • What’s your process for creating a design system that developers love to work with?
  • Describe a challenge you faced when aligning design with development constraints — how did you solve it?
