Essential Impact Marketing is a privately owned outsourced marketing, sales, and promotions firm based in San Diego. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and are looking to gain experience in the marketing and sales realm.

We are only looking to hire on-site immediately. If your start date is more than 4 weeks out, please apply closer to that time.

Product Marketing Associates will work closely with other team members to support promotional activities and utilize strong people skills to expand our clients & customer base to increase demand and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
• Use face-to-face marketing tactics to engage in consumer relations
• Ability to build a strong rapport with current and potential customers
• Generate new sales accounts for our clients
• Provide quality customer service to all consumers
• Comfortable working hands-on to set-up and organize event equipment

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
