Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator, located in Del Mar, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Office Administrator will manage administrative tasks, handle office equipment, maintain efficient communication with staff and clients, and deliver excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
