About the Job

The Creative Strategist leads the development of breakthrough ad creative and content thatfuels customer acquisition across paid social, influencer marketing, and product launches. You’llconceptualize, produce, and optimize compelling campaigns for one of our four consumerbrands.

Join Fio Companies to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time,in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer andworking closely with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager and Performance Marketingteam.

Key Responsibilities:

• AD CREATIVE STRATEGY:Own the creative direction for our paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat,and more. Develop high-performing concepts based on audience insights, brand positioning,and campaign goals. You’ll regularly collaborate with media buyers to test and iterate based onperformance data.
• UGC & CONTENT PRODUCTION:Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and freelance talent. Produce,direct, and edit photoshoots and video shoots to generate on-brand, conversion-focused assetsacross platforms. Coordinate usage rights and creative guidelines for each channel.
• COPYWRITING & MESSAGING:Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and short-form copy for ad creatives and landing pagesthat drive engagement and conversions. Maintain brand voice while tailoring messaging fordifferent audience segments and platforms.
• CREATIVE OPTIMIZATION:Work alongside media buyers to analyze performance metrics and improve creative outputbased on results. Lead weekly creative testing initiatives—iterating rapidly to double down onwhat works and refresh ads before fatigue sets in.
• COLLABORATION ON LAUNCHES:Partner with our Product and Merchandising teams to develop launch creative for new productsand a new brand debuting in Fall 2025. You’ll play a key role in bringing each launch to lifevisually and strategically, from concept to execution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, or content creation (ideallywithin a direct-to-consumer eCommerce environment.)
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, produce, and edit direct response ad creativesacross digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative impactspaid media success.
• Comfortable working in-person 5 days per week in Cool Springs (Franklin, TN).
• Hands-on skills in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software are amajor plus.
• Annual compensation range $80,000 - $95,000 including base salary and performance bonus.
