The Role
Were hiring a Social Media & Brand Coordinator to take the lead on managing and growing our digital presence across platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our company website) This is an entry-level role with big visibility. Youll be working directly with key executive leadership to shape the brand voice, build community, and support initiatives across hiring, marketing, and product campaigns.
From posting brand updates and managing digital platforms to capturing behind-the-scenes moments at photoshoots and exploring influencer partnerships, youll play a hands-on role in how Edgemine and its brands show up to the world. Ultimately, contributing to multiple aspects of brand growth, content strategy, and external communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Maintain consistent branding and tone across all social accounts under Edgemine
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content at product and lifestyle photoshoots for use in reels, stories, and digital campaigns
- Make basic updates to our Wix websites (homepage banners, copy, collections, etc.)
- Assist with LinkedIn content related to hiring, internal culture, and company milestones
- Research and manage communication with influencers and potential brand partners
- Track content performance and support monthly engagement reports
- Organize and maintain an archive of visual and creative assets
Who You Are
- You have a natural sense of what works on social, both visually and with voice
- You can balance creativity with organization and deadlines
- You enjoy being part of a team but can confidently own your projects and be proactive
- Youre comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Wix, or willing to learn fast
- Bonus: Experience in fashion, branding, or HR
