About JOA
JOA (Just Our Aesthetic) is a womens wholesale fashion brand based in Los Angeles, known for creating effortless, everyday pieces with a casual, confident edge. Our collections focus on versatile essentials with soft textures, thoughtful cuts, and clean lines. We design for movement, comfort, and wearability. Style that feels lived-in from the start.

The Role

This is a hands-on role that supports every stage of the design and development process, from concept research and sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. If youre focused, detail-oriented, and looking to build real experience in the wholesale apparel industry, this could be a strong fit.

Work Culture
This is not a purely creative role. The majority of the work is technical, operational, and requires accuracy and follow-through. But for someone who values structure and is open to learning the full backend of fashion design, theres opportunity to grow and contribute in a meaningful way. Were actively working toward a culture of improvement, communication, and accountability, and were looking for people who take pride in their work. Especially the small details.
