CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) CLA Search has been retained by NDI New Mexico to identify a Outreach Program Producer to serve their team. NDI New Mexico is founded with the knowledge that the arts have a unique power to engage and motivate children. The Santa Fe Program Producer is responsible for administering all aspects of NDI New Mexico’s Santa Fe In-School and Advanced Training programs, including producing the Santa Fe End-of-Year Event. The Santa Fe Program Producer is responsible for carrying out the mission and policies of NDI New Mexico with excellence. The Santa Fe Program Producer receives secondary oversight from the Associate Director of Outreach programs and provides secondary oversight of the administrative work of Artistic Associates and North Program Producer as needed, to fulfill administrative work for the program. The Santa Fe Program Producer is a member of the organization’s Artistic Administrative Staff. This individual may occasionally have remote work.

What You’ll Do:

Administrates In-School Program and Advanced Training Teams

  • Coordinates Letters of Intent and Contracts for In-School programs and coordinates with Bookkeeper for billing
  • Maintains a schedule of all Santa Fe Outreach meetings, classes, assemblies and events including in the Outlook calendar
  • Works in conjunction with the Associate Director of Outreach in creating, managing, updating and reconciling Santa Fe Event, Outreach and Advanced Training budgets
  • Schedules, administrates, and attends all meetings with schools participating in the program
  • Schedules and assists in administrating program evaluation surveys
  • Updates NDI New Mexico wait list, and responds to new school inquiries when applicable
  • Coordinates and implements Thank You Project and t-shirt orders
  • Administrates Santa Fe Advanced Teams programs (SWAT and Celebration teams), including delegation and oversight of support staff as appropriate, and leading parent meetings for orientation and event preparation
  • Maintains Dancer Database in Salesforce for the Santa Fe Outreach and Advanced Training programs
  • Coordinates and reviews procedures with other Program Producers to ensure consistency and best practices
  • Monitors and submits payroll for Santa Fe Outreach and SWAT/CEL part-time staff
  • Carries out Producer duties as outlined in Event Production Manual, including but not limited to: coordinating and booking vendors, contractors, communication with schools and other NDI departments, communication with families for the Santa Fe End-of-Year Event (performances include 400 performers, 4-5 participating schools, community partners, parent volunteers, and coordination with fundraising activities)
  • Prepares and administrates staff meetings in collaboration with the Associate Director of Outreach Programs
  • Produces Event materials for Santa Fe In-School programs and SWAT and Celebration teams, containing all logistics for major stakeholders
  • Produces Special Events and other ancillary programs as needed including summer programs, start up meetings and staff workshops, student participation in special fundraising events, and other opportunities as needed

Cultivates Relationships with Community Stakeholders

  • Develops positive relationships with parent volunteers to engage families in the program, inspiring their commitment, and enlisting and coordinating their support for events.
  • Fosters positive relations, and acts as an advocate for the organization with stakeholders

General Duties

  • Creates and maintains production procedures, forms, and templates for all outreach productions and programs, in coordination with other program producers to ensure consistency
  • Schedules regular office hours. Not a remote work position; eligible for hybrid work in accordance with organizational policies
  • Attends all enrichment workshops and meetings as needed including producer meetings and joint staff meetings
  • Upholds all Management and HR policies and procedures
  • Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent education/experience, preferred
  • Requires 1-3 years in job related duties including administration, event management, project management
