Design Manager

An established main contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, overseeing prestigious commercial and hospitality schemes in Central London.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the design process from pre-construction through to delivery
2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
3. Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and client specifications
4. Lead design workshops and resolve technical issues
5. Review drawings and manage design change control

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Design Manager within the commercial or hospitality sectors
2. Strong understanding of design coordination, MEP integration, and architectural detailing
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
