Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary: Assists students with tutoring activities; rate per hour dependent upon education level.

Required Education and Experience

Required Experience: Experience working with students with learning differences.

Preferred Experience: Tutoring or teaching experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guide students in writing activities across the curriculum. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to treat all persons with respect, dignity, and justice, without discrimination; ability to exercise the highest professional and ethical standards in the use of College time and resources and observe the stated policies and procedures of the College. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with students, staff, faculty, and administrators.
