Pem Payroll LLC is hiring: Community Manager in San Antonio

As our Community Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our affordable housing properties, making sure everything runs smoothly, residents are supported, and occupancy stays strong.

• Lead daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state/federal regulations

• Oversee property inspections, coordinate repairs, and schedule preventative maintenance

• Partner with our Service and Lease Administration teams to improve performance and resident satisfaction

• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and prepare operational reports

• Use Yardi to track data and communications

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of property management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software

• Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
