Remedy Home Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home health services to patients across Orange County. We are growing fast and are looking for a dynamic individual to be the face and force behind our local marketing efforts while also supporting our day-to-day administrative needs.

We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Professional Assistant & Marketing Representative. This hybrid role blends administrative support with in-person and social media marketing to help expand our brand presence, build relationships with referral sources, and keep operations running smoothly.

Marketing & Outreach

• Represent Remedy Home Health at networking events, community outreach efforts, and in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and senior care facilities across Orange County

• Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) to highlight our services, team, and community impact

Administrative Support

• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day office tasks

• Support the leadership team with special projects, event planning, and marketing campaigns

• Track outreach efforts and provide regular reporting

• Help coordinate patient referrals and follow-up communication as needed

• Outgoing, personable, and confident with excellent communication skills

• Willing and able to travel throughout the Orange County area (must have reliable transportation)

• Experience in the home health or medical field (preferred)

• Strong social media skills (especially Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content)

• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.)
