Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach
- Represent Remedy Home Health at networking events, community outreach efforts, and in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and senior care facilities across Orange County
- Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) to highlight our services, team, and community impact
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day office tasks
- Support the leadership team with special projects, event planning, and marketing campaigns
- Track outreach efforts and provide regular reporting
- Help coordinate patient referrals and follow-up communication as needed
- Outgoing, personable, and confident with excellent communication skills
- Willing and able to travel throughout the Orange County area (must have reliable transportation)
- Experience in the home health or medical field (preferred)
- Strong social media skills (especially Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content)
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.)
