We are looking for a Technical Director to join our team. You will design and optimize 2D production workflows, oversee high-resolution deliverables, and act as a vital bridge between creative and technical teams. You’ll ensure seamless post-production execution on innovative, large-scale media projects.
Responsibilities
Architect and maintain 2D/large-format production workflows
Supervise technical execution across post-production
Ensure format/file compatibility for final delivery systems (e.g., Cosm Encoder)
Stay up-to-date with innovation in high-res imaging, codecs, LED capture
Requirements
7+ years in technical roles across film, TV, or high-end content production
Strong experience with Nuke, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine, and Redshift
Deep knowledge of Shotgrid Toolkit
Familiarity with 2D and large-format workflows (e.g., LED Domes, IMAX)
Expertise in file formats: EXR, DPX, ProRes, DNxHR
Skilled in editorial (Avid, Premiere), grading (DaVinci), and VFX pipelines
Comfortable with scripting in Python, Pyside, Bash
Bonus: Experience with virtual production, LED volumes, multi-vendor environments
