Overview:

Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to add a Technical Documentation Specialist to their team. This role supports the Quality department by developing and maintaining essential documentation that ensures compliance and operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality-related documents.

  • Manage document workflows using a digital document control platform (e.g., MasterControl).

  • Ensure all documentation aligns with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical content into clear, accessible documentation.

  • Support administrative tasks related to document control and quality systems.

  • Lead discussions or presentations based on authored documents to facilitate team understanding and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with document control systems and quality management processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

  • Comfortable presenting and discussing documentation in team settings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
