Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to add a Technical Documentation Specialist to their team. This role supports the Quality department by developing and maintaining essential documentation that ensures compliance and operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality-related documents.
Manage document workflows using a digital document control platform (e.g., MasterControl).
Ensure all documentation aligns with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical content into clear, accessible documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to document control and quality systems.
Lead discussions or presentations based on authored documents to facilitate team understanding and alignment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with document control systems and quality management processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Comfortable presenting and discussing documentation in team settings.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
