Summary

The Marketing Manager will accelerate delivery of key marketing initiatives in support of the company’s aggressive growth goals. This position requires a marketing professional with diverse skills, including content development, project management and sales enablement, who can drive efficient execution of a wide variety of marketing initiatives. This role supports timely execution of the strategic marketing plan across all divisions, while supporting new product opportunities. This is a hands-on role and the candidate must be able to adeptly maneuver between disparate marketing projects and lead a wide variety of events and initiatives. This position has broad areas of responsibility and will work cross-functionally across the organization.

  • In collaboration with marketing leadership, execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives that support enterprise growth goals and enable the marketing and proposal functions to move with speed.
  • Develop project plans to ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, are well-coordinated with internal stakeholders and are fully leveraged across multiple audiences and all available touchpoints.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental relations and communications as it relates to execution of marketing strategy and development of materials.
  • Own enterprise event strategy and execution through partnership events, industry conferences and thought leadership.
  • Track emerging trends, assess market conditions and analyze competitive activities in conjunction with the Commercial team
  • Foster team development through coaching and mentoring as over time this position will have direct reports to lead.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Areas Of Focus / Specific Responsibilities

Sales Enablement, Lead Generation and Client Support

  • Serve as the lead for one or more enterprise brands. Develop tailored marketing plans based on the audience needs, including lead generation ideas, tailoring PPT presentations to specific clients, prospects or consultants and general marketing support.
  • Contribute ideas for generating new sales leads and promoting services to clients and prospects in conjunction with the marketing team and business units.
  • Develop and support for client initiatives, including but not limited to client welcome kits, newsletters and communications, and client portal content.
  • Support the development of new marketing collateral that is aligned with business priorities.

Marketing Promotion

  • Support the development of our digital marketing strategy to fully leverage this critical channel.
  • Develop marketing deliverables for a variety of audiences – client, prospect, consultant and employees.
  • Support cross-functional product rollouts by developing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling value propositions and delivering launch materials that equip the Commercial team for success.
  • Drive conference and thought leadership strategy to elevate brand visibility, position key leaders as industry experts and drive deeper engagement with prospects, clients and partners.

Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives to assess ROI, identify performance gaps, and uncover opportunities for refinement.
  • Produce a monthly marketing dashboard that tracks key metrics such as campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and engagement trends.
  • Leverage analytics to continuously optimize campaigns, enhance audience targeting and identify opportunities to enhance our competitive positioning in the market.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related filed
  • 5-7 years’ marketing (or related) experience
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM platform)
  • Project management experience
  • Strongly preferred, but not required, experience:
    • Healthcare, PBM or life science experience
    • B2B marketing experience
    • People leadership
    • Experience using WordPress (or other content management systems)
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp, etc.)
    • Experience with adobe creative cloud
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and have an ability to prioritize workload
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Work Environment / Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
