The Content Marketing Manager is a strategic storyteller responsible for shaping and executing the content strategy across WellDyne and HealthDyne. This position creates high-impact content that drives business growth, strengthens brand positioning and engages clients, prospects, members and patients. This is a hands-on role that requires agility across a range of content projects and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate blends creative thinking with strong execution skills to deliver cohesive messaging across channels and audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise content strategy aligned to business goals and brand positioning.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars and messaging frameworks across both WellDyne and HealthDyne.
  • Write and edit content across channels, formats and audiences ensuring a consistent brand voice and clear value messaging.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, proposals, operations and executive leadership to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics to inform content planning and optimization.
  • Manage external agencies or freelance contributors as needed to scale content development and execution.
Areas of Focus / Specific Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Create content for key marketing assets, including sales collateral, case studies, presentations, website copy, videos and more.
  • Write and schedule content across owned channels, including web, email and social media.
  • Support internal campaigns that reinforce brand culture that can be amplified externally.
  • Review, proof and edit communications to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design and proposal teams to align messaging across all external-facing assets.
PR and Thought Leadership Efforts
  • Develop and execute earned media strategies, including proactive outreach to targeted media outlets.
  • Identify and manage PR agency or freelancer to extend reach and impact.
  • Support award submissions and speaking engagements to elevate brand and executive visibility.
  • Ghostwrite articles, social content and thought leadership pieces for executives and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Define KPIs and track performance to measure effectiveness of PR and thought leadership efforts.
Client and Member Communications
  • Own communication strategy for members, patients and clients.
  • Write and edit communication pieces that support product launches, service updates and ongoing engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs and develop messaging that supports business and client objectives.
Brand Messaging
  • Own and evolve messaging frameworks across both WellDyne and HealthDyne.
  • Ensure a consistent voice across all channels from marketing campaigns to member and patient touchpoints.
  • Develop positioning guides and talking points to help internal teams and partners communicate consistent brand messages.
  • Audit and refresh content to align with updated messaging and brand priorities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field
  • 5-7 years of content marketing, communications or editorial experience
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and audiences
  • Experience with successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Strongly preferred, but not required:
    • Healthcare, PBM or life science experience
    • B2B marketing experience
    • Experience managing PR agencies or media relationships
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – writing samples are encouraged
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness and good problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and have an ability to prioritize workload
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
