Key ResponsibilitiesCreate structural design drawings and models in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD required; Revit knowledge a plus).Turn engineering and code requirements into accurate construction documents.Work with engineers to ensure designs meet codes, standards, and project requirements.Update drawings and clients as projects progress or changes occur.Keep project files and documentation organized.Communicate with owners, clients, builders, architects, and other project stakeholders to clarify design intent and progress.QualificationsAssociates or Bachelors degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Skilled in AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus.Knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and building codes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage time and meet deadlines on multiple projects.Preferred SkillsExperience with steel, concrete, wood, and/or masonry design.Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools.Understanding of local building codes and industry standards.Ability to ensure compliance through site visitsPay and BenefitsSalary range is DOE - more is possible for the right individual.
