We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on supporting creative initiatives for a hospitality and retail brand, with an emphasis on creating high-quality designs for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate thrives in a freelance environment, is detail-oriented, and excels at delivering projects within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Design and version print materials such as menus, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Develop digital assets for paid media campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional content.
• Adapt existing master designs to localized and national campaigns, maintaining consistent quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Refresh and enhance media assets, expanding them into full creative executions when needed.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines while creatively solving design challenges.
• Manage multiple short-term projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce visually compelling designs.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on design trends.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience creating both print and digital designs, including promotional materials and email campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to brand style guides and maintain consistency across projects.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a freelance capacity with fluctuating hours.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills for collaborative team environments.
