As a marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping real people in need.

You’ll lead and deliver a marketing plan that actually works. That includes:
- Advertising Schedule:Manage our social media, digital ads, print newsletters, referral mailers, and community sponsorships.
- Social Media:Create and post content that stands out (not boring lawyer posts!).
- SEO & Website:Keep our site fresh and find ways to rank higher so more people find us when they need us.
- Attorney Referral Marketing:Keep our name top of mind with local attorneys who send us cases.
- Community Presence:Represent us at local events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities.
- Vendor Management:Keep designers, printers, and ad reps on track — and hold them accountable.
- Track & Report:Know what’s working and what’s not. Report real numbers: calls, leads, cases, ROI.
- You’ve got2–4 yearsof small business or professional services marketing experience.
- You’re aclear writerwho can switch between persuasive ads and friendly social posts.
- You’re aself-starterwho loves owning projects and hitting goals.
- You love seeing thedirectimpact of your work on real people.
- You like holding vendors (and sometimes lawyers!) accountable to deadlines and results.
- You’re excited to learn an industry where trust, relationships, and reputation matter.
