General Role Description
Produces designs and layouts of assigned projects. The graphic designer has experience executing various print and digital materials from conception to production. This includes designs for client ads, email marketing, event collateral and in-house marketing materials as well as other miscellaneous materials requested from various departments.

General Role Description
Produces designs and layouts of assigned projects. The graphic designer has experience executing various print and digital materials from conception to production. This includes designs for client ads, email marketing, event collateral and in-house marketing materials as well as other miscellaneous materials requested from various departments.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Reviews project specifications in AdOrbit.
- Produces and recommends designs and layouts according to department procedures, schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborates with other team members and departments to effectively communicate visual information.
- Continuously builds expertise in design and information presentation; recommends artistic direction for assigned projects.
- Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Demonstrate creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Follows procedures for routing the work through AdOrbit.
- Understands and demonstrates our cultural expectations – Our Way
- Applies best efforts and full capability each day to the work assigned by own manager.
- Communicates with manager when:
- An assignment is not understood
- An assignment conflicts with knowledge of the circumstances, current skills or available time/resources
- Obstacles to completing the assignment exist or are likely to occur
- Opportunities to better complete or improve the assignment exist or may occur
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and handle multiple priorities
- Assist other managers, owners, and executives with other assignments and requests as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of AdOrbit and workflows
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar field and a minimum of 3 years design experience in a creative department or design firm and a strong design portfolio.
- Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Knowledge of basic digital animation a plus.
- Knowledge of printing practices a plus.
