️ What to expect:

1. Set up and manage the rewards system as directed by the Program Manager, keep track of how the program is doing and share regular updates.
2. Work with partners to add new rewards and handle vendor relationships. Collaborate with the Marketing and Program teams for rewards-related campaigns.
3. Manage rewards distribution, including upkeep and stock checks.
4. Respond to readers' and users' questions and help with reward redemptions.
5. Track redemptions, collect feedback, and suggest improvements.
6. Ensure the rewards program runs smoothly in daily operations.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail, especially in monitoring program performance metrics and reporting.
