About the job

As a Media Strategy Supervisor, you will develop data-driven media plans that drive business results, generating strategic recommendations and presenting findings to clients. You'll oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team members, ensuring seamless execution, while driving data-centric insights and informed decision-making to deliver high-quality outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop integrated, data-driven media strategies that leverage diverse resources to achieve brand marketing goals.
  • Analyze audience and media consumption data to identify key opportunities and propose targeted strategies.
  • Support the development of media briefs and strategic recommendations, grounded in data and insights.
  • Manage timelines and ensure the accuracy of team outputs, presenting media assignments and recommendations to clients and prospects.
  • Train and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive media strategy and planning excellence, aligning with client goals and objectives.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 3+ years of integrated offline and online media planning experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical category.
  • Hands-on familiarity with offline and online media channels, including channel selection, budget setting, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in using syndicated tools and data (e.g. Kantar, Telmar, Comscore) to drive well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Experience managing junior team members and collaborating with internal agency disciplines.
  • Ability to develop clear, compelling, and persuasive client presentations and communications.
  • Ability to work autonomously, think strategically, and develop insight-driven media and measurement strategies.

$85,000 - $115,000 annually.
