We are looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media, coordinate client events, and create memorable marketing experiences that reflect the Pace Flooring brand. From posting project highlights to hosting happy hours and unique networking events, this role will keep our company in front of clients and prospects in fun and professional ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Pace Flooring’s social media presence with engaging, brand-focused content.
• Plan, promote, and coordinate client events, including happy hours, appreciation gatherings, and project milestone celebrations.
• Capture and share project photos, behind-the-scenes updates, and team spotlights.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns that keep our brand top-of-mind with clients.
• Work closely with sales to align event and social media activities with business goals.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and event scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing or event coordination experience.
• Strong social media management skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
