We are currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. This role involves performing administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager.
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will:
- Greet customers professionally and courteously.
- Answer community office calls promptly, providing requested information.
- Develop and maintain community relationships.
- Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents.
- Assist in data entry into management software and lead systems.
- Maintain office files according to company policies and local regulations.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Document interactions to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in home sales and present homes to potential residents.
- Ensure resident privacy and property preservation.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements to prevent discrimination and protect company interests.
Qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of general office experience; sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to commute between communities.
